The product comes with a 36 month warranty against manufacturing defects in the materials that have been used. During this period, Casa Furnishing will in its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective component, or replace the entire product if found to be defective in material or workmanship.
Our products are backed by a warranty period of 36 months*, covering any manufacturing or workmanship defects occurring during this time. This warranty applies specifically to furniture used in normal household conditions.
Effective for products purchased after February 12th, 2024, this limited warranty does not extend to the following:
Fabrics, leatherettes and leathers, if used, will not be covered by the above Warranty unless explicitly mentioned. Please refer to the care instructions to maximize the life of these materials.
Solid Wood over the period of time develop minor cracks, it is known as “Checks” in Timber industry. These checks are not faults or defects but the characteristic of solid wood as an entity, wood tends to dry over the period of time but this phenomena does not hamper the life of furniture.
The warranty does not cover damages due to usage of the product beyond its intended use and wear & tear in the natural course of product usage.
Any modifications or alterations made to the products post purchase are not recommended and will void the entire Warranty.
Normal wear and tear resulting from extended use.
Minor cuts, scratches, or damages arising from improper cleaning methods or accidental impacts.
Damages incurred due to incorrect installation or assembly performed by the customer.
Instances where products were stored, assembled, or installed improperly, used inappropriately, or cleaned with incorrect methods or products. For instance, upholstery furniture may lighten if exposed to direct sunlight over time.
Cracks formed due to product displacement.
Wood decay caused by prolonged exposure to water.
Natural expansions and contractions of solid wood in response to seasonal climate variations. These are inherent characteristics of solid wood and are not covered under warranty.
Natural wood features such as joint lines or wood grains, which are not considered defects.
Claims for seasonal splits or joint openings are limited to the warranty period from the date of purchase for solid wood furniture.
Upholstery fabrics, such as seat covers, do not fall under warranty coverage. For upholstery products, the warranty applies solely to the frame and mechanisms, if present.
Non-standard dry-cleaning procedures or the use of harsh chemicals.
Per industry standards, slight unevenness of up to 5 mm due to floor and surface level differences is considered acceptable and is not covered under warranty.
