We use Sheesham wood for all of our product. NOTE: sheesham wood comes in all wood texture but not in Premium Pine wood. If you select Premium Pine wood texture then the wood will also be Premium Pine Wood.
Minor Self Assembly is needed
The sofa comes in dismantled condition. Minor and easy self assembly is needed with the tools we send along with the product.
Good Things Take Time.
The PRODUCTION TIME IS 28 DAYS. Since products are made made to order it has to go through the process of Seasoning, Treatment, production polishing , Packing. In which seasoning and polishing is a Time taking process

The only feedback and improvement needed is –
1. You should create a guide around installation and send that to customer. It can be a video or images attaching the parts, I agree that it’s easy, but for a person who has never touched nuts and bolts in their life, it will be difficult for them to understand the technique.
2. Post order/delivery response time on what’s app, emails or even call is very poor.
Customers gets frustrated when there is no one to listen from the other end and the package is delivered in bits and pieces.
Last but not the least, I am amazed by the innovation and quality. Good work..
